Chapter 01Blue walls, purple tables
Shop
One room on O'Neal Lane painted bright blue, with purple lift tables, a wall of colored loops, disco balls over the tables, and a neon bone sign that says what we believe.

Chapter 02How a visit runs
Crew
A small crew that has groomed the same dogs for years, from puppies to seniors. No names on the site. You meet everyone at the desk.

Distraction, not discipline.
They understand that caring for a doodle's coat is hard work and they never shame me for not doing it 100% right.
From a Google review, quoted as written.
Chapter 03Puppies, seniors, nervous dogs
First
The first visit sets the tone. Puppies get a short, gentle groom. Seniors get breaks. Nervous dogs get patience and a slower pace.
Puppies
Under six months, the first groom is short: a bath, a dry, nails, and a trim around the face and feet, with treats between every step. We take a photo of the first cut and keep a lock of the puppy fur for you.
Seniors
Older dogs get breaks, a shorter time on the table, and a groomer who watches for sore joints. Tell us about medication or stiffness in the notes when you book.
Nervous dogs
Some dogs need a slower pace and a quieter corner. Say so when you book and we plan the visit around it. Distraction, not discipline, is how the hard ones get done.
